Feedback and Complaints

We love to hear what we are doing well – feel free to let us know at any time, rather than wait for the annual survey 🙂

We work very hard to resolve issues and ask that you alert us to any problems as soon as they arise. Class teachers are usually the best people to approach initially, followed by the leadership team. All feedback can be emailed to (mark as confidential if required).

If you do not feel that we are meeting your child’s needs and that a resolution has not been reached, you do have the right to discuss this with the DfE Customer Feedback Unit. They will work through any identified concerns with the school and advise you of the processes that can be followed.
