The exciting learning in digital technologies and STEM has continued at Norwood Primary School. In 2018, students engaged in a variety of new technologies, creating blogs, movies and using a range of other technological tools to enhance learning experiences. Students used Maker’s Empire and a 3D printer to design products and apply creative thinking to challenges.
In 2019, staff and students will continue to work with a specialist teacher to further explore the digital world and integrate STEM into learning activities. This includes using Ozobots, online coding, engineering design challenges, 3D printing, Lego NXT and Robotics. Students will face “real world” problems and work towards creating new and innovative solutions.
